19:00 Slow Flow & Guided Meditation
Time & Location
Join me at home for a warm and cozy yoga practice to ease in to your body, feel good in your movements and support you in any mood. We will meditate with the heart, move gently, slowly with adaptations to help you stretch out, feel balanced and gently move energy within you with loads of love. We will end the practice with mantra during yoga nidra and relaxing savasana.
Bring a blanket and pillows to the class if you like, all support is welcome.
Set up a nice vibe in your space with some candles or incense, whatever makes you feel good. If you are pregnant, I reccomend you join in only if you have a consistent practice for more than one year and that you are also very familiar with the must-do modifications that you will need to do by yourself. If you are unwell or have a injury, please check with your doctor before signing up to the class.
